Never recieved dog beds I ordered. They sure took my money out of my account but never sent the merchandise. Are set up to where you cannot contact them. The bank cannot refund my money without some more information and I cannot get it, These people need to be prosecuted.

My dog is 20 years old and need the bed badly. I live on a limited income and was trying to save money. Hope you can do something to keep this from happening to others and help all of us that have complained.
