Florence sent her kids to Nigeria. Kicked her husband out of the house. Lied to the authorities and started collecting welfare benefits on children living in another country. She selectively went on welfare to defraud the system.

She is right - call the proper agency or the Department of Health and Human Services and report her for welfare fraud - posting here will do no good

Call public aid and tell them what you know. Complaining here does nothing. Call your state public aid office and tell them you want to be anonymous.
