Are you guys implying that the government doesn't make mistakes?

It seems like, if you have a legitimate problem, that it should be fairly easy to resolve. By "legitimate problem" I mean that you're not trying to run some scam. The key is to make sure that you're nice to people. If you come off as an accusatory d**k, you'll quickly find that nobody wants to help you. Kiss a little A and civil servants will go the extra mile.
If you're trying to run a scam, you'll find that there's enough redunancy in the system that pretty much all the loopholes are closed off. In other words, if you're trying to pull a fast one, it looks like it backfired.
But, unlike the previous rebuttalists, I'm not so unwilling to believe that a government beuracracy can make a stupid msitake and then refuse to admit that a mistake was made.
In fact, in the very limited time in which I have assisted others in the practice of law, I'd say that government agencies screw up more than they get it right.
I acted as a liaison between a large law firm and local government agencies for about a year, in the region of the country with some of the most corrupt government (do a google of "lake county indiana corruption").
In that time, I learned that: nothing is ever anyone's fault (or, at least, it's never the fault of the person you're talking to); the right hand NEVER knows what the left hand is doing; and, most importantly, empathy and a good sense of humor will solve pretty much any problem.

HOW THEY GOT MY BROTHERS INFO, ASK THE PERSONNEL.

I USED MY DOCUMENTS THE ONLY REASON I CAN THINK
OF IS OUR NAMES ARE SIMILAR .OTHER THAN THAT
I CAN ONLY THINK OF OUR ENTHINICES WITH A
FAMILAR NAME AND BROTHERS THAT LOOK ALIKE SOME
PEOPLE CANNOT TELL THE DIFFERENCE.THE LICENSING
PERSONNEL COULD HAVE BEEN TRAINING THAT I THINK.
MAKE A PICK. THE END RESULT IS I NEED IT TO
BE LEGALLY RESOLVED AND REMINDER I CAN TAKE
A PLOYGRAPH TO IT ALL BUT I GUESS IT MEANS
NOTHING WHEN YOUR INNOCENT .

How?

How did the DMV get your brother's information? Was he there with you? Did you give his birth certificate or his ssn? And please do not say when they put in your address his info came up. We all know that is not how the DMV works. The personal info fields are not automatically populated, no government computers work like that, it would be stupid. AND, whether you are proofreading for the first, second or 10th time, check everything. P.S. the reason you proofread is to check for typos.

I DID CHECK MY INFO THE ADDRESS WAS WRONG
ONLY WHEN TRYING TO HAVE IT CORRECTED THEY
ENTERED THE CORRECT ADDRESS THIS TIME,
BUT MY BROTHERS INFORMATION. WHEN I RECHECKED
THE SECOND TIME I ONLY LOOKED AT THE ADDRESS
HOW WOULD I KNOW THAT THEY WOULD CHANGE
THE ENTRIE PROFILE I AM SURE I AM NOT THE
ONLY ONE AND I SURE THAT THE DMV KNOWS THEY
MAKE MISTAKES BY REQUESTING TO PROOF READ.

You said that you "went back" to tell them about the incorrect info.
Why did you not verify the information at the time of issuance BEFORE leaving the DMV building?
I have lived in several different states and ALL of the DMVs I've been to will ask you to look over the information to make sure it is correct so they can change it if necessary while you are still there.
Going back later is a "red flag." How do they know you are who you say you are at that point?
