  I hired Scott Podvin into the year 2011 they promised me that you were going to help me I paid them $450 a month for four years I end up filing bankruptcy almost lost everything I end up having to go down and fight the case myself and was able to attain a lone modification on my own without the help of Scott Podvin in the in result I end up paying city mortgage over $60,000 in legal fees thanks to Scott Podvin on top of the $17,000 that I had already paid him not to even help me I kept getting switched around from this person to that person shame on him I feel as though he should re-compensate something for what his firm did not do
