Florida Guardianship Services owner and registered guardian, Traci Samuel a/k/a Traci Hudson, has many complaints with government agencies including the most complaints with the Department of Elder Affairs in Florida with the Office of Public and Professional Guardians.
Complaints of fraudulent billing, isolation of family and friends from her wards "protected persons", selling their homes undervalued for a quick sale, selling their personal possessions for pennies on the dollar with estate sales, "churning" the bill for herself and her attorneys, staged litigation to drain the estates, removing wards from their homes and placing them in substandard facilities, using a convicted felon as a 1099 employess, and the list is endless for abuse, neglect, isolation, and financial exploitation.
