On 10/31/2011,
I reported a water leak in my property and reported to Florida Peninsula
Insurance Co. Claim Number :FPI028715-00 , Florida Peninsula denied my
claim, some repairs were made by Home owners Association and I let the Issue
go; The Only problem the Water leak reappeared on
6/23/2012, I Filed another claim on 6/25/2012 Claim Number :FPI031622-00, which
then again they denied to cover, arguing that water damage is older than 30
Days, therefore denying the 2nd Claim, I have been
reporting water leaks for 8 months, and now the argue the
claim is older than 30 days?
