Florida State Roof System - Job 98% done = 98% happy West Palm Beach Florida

I am 98% happy with them so...

Ok maybe not a ripoff 

 Here is the story. They replaced my concrete tile roof. So far I was happy with the work they performed.

Problem is while the roof was torn off while they were working on my house something hit my inside ceiling with a big loud noise. I went into the bedroom and saw a hole in the ceiling. 

 I let them know and it is like "No problem we will take care of this - I promise"

 I suppose one of the guys dropped one of the concete tiles and it hit the ceiling made of sheetrock or drywall or whatever it is called.

It is not very stong and all I know is there is a hole there.

 Wife told me do not pay them in full until the job is done and they come to fix the ceiling.

I should have listened...

 I paid them in full having trusted them and their promise to return for the hour or so to fix the hole.

 Well I am waiting for weeks and it is still not done.

I call and write and they are like "We will take care of it when it is convenient for us"

 Later I was told they do this "as a courtesy"  a courtesy?

 The roofing guys damage my ceiling and you promise to fix it and it is a "courtesy"...?

 This is an hours work tops and if I had the tools I would fix it myself.

 Do me a courtesy and fix this...

 I should not have to hire someone to fix someone's elses damage now should I...???

 Anyways I was happy with their work until this happened.
