My husband went on the hwy in florida  and there is no where to pay a toll he would gladly pay the toll while he is passing through instead they snap a pic of your plate and issue you a invoice but there is a $2,50 fee for trhem sending you the bill so for 2 times going through he paid $7.86 That is outrageous and im sure not legal you cant charge so much on such a little toll. they have taken away everyones right to pay while proceeding through. They want everyone to get a sunpass well not everyone uses the hwy every day I feel sorry for people visiting florida!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIPOFF
