purchased royal caribbean cruise & florida pkg, for $498.00. called several times to try to book trip and every time we tryed they sayed that they could not book us on those dates, they keep on putting us off until our pkg ran out. when we tryed to get our money back they sayed it was to late would not refund our money. we are retired and on a fixed income and was looking forward to this cruise as we had never been on one. shame on you for ripping off people that way, shame on florida travel. we still have pkg that is useless.
