Flowers by Sean Ripped Off San Diego Floral and Vase Suppliers for Thousands of Dollars San Diego, California
*Consumer Comment: If...
Sean, with Flowers by Sean owes thousands of dollars to my business and to my knowledge, several other companies that supply wholesale flowers, vases, and floral supplies. He has told us he is filing bankruptcy, yet he continues to answer the phone and do business while collecting monies under the business name Flowers by Sean. We all trusted this man to pay his debts and he never has. We are all small business owners and his failure to honor his debts has created a serious impact on our businesses. Do not do business with Flowers by Sean. He is an unethical and deceitful business person.

If he has actually declared bankruptcy get the Case #. If he refuses to give you the case # then go to the Federal Courts and find out. You may also be able to find the case on PACER.gov. Then since I figure you are a creditor you can make an objection and if this person is doing something "funny" the courts will sort it out.
If he has not actually filed Bankruptcy, then he is not protected by any Bankruptcy laws. You may want to call his bluff by filing a suit, although if he does then declare Bankruptcy after that your suit would be thrown out.
