Recently bought 2 PDA phones, and received my second phone bill with $147.00 worth of "access and other charges" . I understand there are people out there that want packet express, new ringtones, etc. However, this company is not doing a very good job of identifying that fact that you will be paying a monthly service fee for your "FREE" ringtones, news, sports and weather. You click on free ringtones and they have your cell # and automatically start billing your account.
