My husband and I have never ever heard of this company, we never opened any accounts with them and never received any statements, only collection letters, and now Midland Credit mgmt has taken over for them which they are the biggest A>>H... in the world!!!!! they have not turned it over to an atty. and are now coming after my husbands wages. If any one has a number for Emerge Please post it because Midland or Jerold Kaplan JOKE office will not furnish us with this info.
