I called the 800# for Bsleep in an attempt to get the wrong mattress that they shipped out of my house (it's been nearly 3 months).
They answered under the name of Foam Experts (instead of Bsleep).
I asked them how I could get the wrong mattress that they sent removed from my house. The person transfered me to Will (company owner). He then proceeded to tell me the story of how Bsleep went out of business, but that they (Foam Experts) bought the Bsleep website.
I recognized Will's name and voice right away. He is the same owner of both companies. I don't trust him one bit.

Kingston is 20-25 minutes away from Poughkeepsie, not 1 or 2 hours.
The consumer should file a complaint with his State Attorney General if he cannot get the matter resolved.

I was contacted by the aforementioned company. They explained the history behind the sale of the Bsleep name. They were ready to help resolve the problems caused by Bsleep. As explained by them, this company is not associated with Bsleep.

This customer is going to have a large lawsuit against himself if he does not stop including companies in his report. There is no Will here that was associated with bsleep & to say "It sounded like him" is ridiculous. many people sound like other people and that's so poor of an excuse to try to bring my company FE into your battle with bsleep. It's just a coincedence that my name is also William (Bill).
We are not affiliated, nor do we have any employees from bsleep. We are in kingston 1-2 hours away from poughkeepsie, ny where bsleep was located. We simply were offered their website and bought it becuase we are in the same industry.

I would not encourage anyone to purchase a mattress via the Internet. Mattresses (like cars) should always be purchased locally.
