Flash Camera (dba as aSavings on eBay) posts a 14 day return policy on purchases for eBAy products. When defective earphones were shipped, and I attempted to exchange for earphones that worked, they respondedby email that they have a no return or exchange policy for certain items (a significant list of items including earphones). Their eBay posting for earphones still advertise a 14 day return policy.

All listings (including listings for ear buds) state the return policy in Full. It clearly states the type of item(s) that are considered non-returnable and to contact us if the buyer/viewer is unsure if the item they are purchasing can be returned. On every listing, a section for non-returnable items state the following: 'There are product categories which are not returnable, due to hygienic, sanitary, or other reasons, as required by the respective Manufacturers. Non-Returnable Categories: BBQ Grills; Consumable, Perishable, and/or Sensitized items, such as: Paper, Ink, Lamps, Bulbs, Batteries, and Software; Car Stereo, DJ, and Home Audio; DVD Players; Video Games and Consoles; Home and Kitchen Appliances; Luggage; Musical Instruments; Personal Care; Printers and Scanners; Projection Screens; Televisions; Headphones/Earphones; Special Order items, where indicated; items in blister packaging and all items over $1200.00. If you're not sure if your item is returnable please contact us BEFORE purchasing. Purchases from these categories are final.

In case any of these items is defective, Customer must return them to the respective authorized service centers, for repair or replacement at the option of the Manufacturer. These items cannot be returned to the Merchant.' The 14-day money back guarantee is a general policy that is effective with all items that we have listed.
