Focus Free Imaging, Fly In The Sky Photo, TurboBuy, PhotoMania lied about shipping, "Customer Service" hung up continuously, ripoff BROOKLYN Staten Island New York

Placed order, was called next day to confirm and was pressured to purchase extended warranty and accessories.

Was told item shipped and would arrive "Friday or Monday". Was billed on Credit Card, no tracking info could be provided.

Called on said Monday when item didn't arrive. Tried to speak to person but was continuously hung up on and/or left on hold. Was GUARANTEED item would arrive Wednesday, but still had no tracking info to provide. Tried to cancel order but was hung up on. Canceled order through Credit Card company.

Someone from "customer service" then called me and asked why I cancelled my order and told me they could have my item shipped overnight and I could have it tomorrow. I had been told item was already shipped last week! I refused and hung up.

After investigating online I found that the "business" operates under several different names and is affiliated with a storefront in Staten Island, NY. Each business name has similar complaints. When I tried to contact business though 800 number on website I could not get to sales or customer service, was just disconnected. The only way I got through was from one of their other 800 numbers from alias name and website. I questioned "employee" and he confirmed them operating under different business names that are all to the same call center.
