Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
After several months I noticed this re-occurring charge I called to have it explained and removed. They would only refund the last month charge and stuck me for all the money they had already stole from me.

Maybe you are troll for this unscrupulous company or maybe you just felt like being sanctimonious, but you missed the point. This company prays on people hopeful they can scrounge a few buck off them till they are caught. My purpose was to alert others of their shoddy business practices so that they might avoid the trap they set.

Let's assume for the moment, all you said is true, they are the perfect scammers and they placed you in this program without your authorization, as you stated, several months ago. They charged YOUR credit card from the beginning, right? It is YOUR credit card and YOU are responsible for paying it. Why did it take you all these months to see this? This is YOUR credit card and YOU are on the hook for the charges and you don't even bother to see what is happening with your own account??? What the h--- is wrong with you people? Now you want them to refund all the money. If they were honest, they should but on the other hand, if YOU practiced common sense, you would have caught this the first time it was placed on your card!
