Food Shuttle After receiving poor customer service from this business, I posted an honest online review about my experience. Today, I received a call from who I presume was the owner who angrily expressed to me that I would never again receive their service. Marietta Georgia

I've patronized the restaraunt delivery service known as Food Shuttle located at 1275 Powers Ferry Rd. SE Marietta, GA 30067 for almost six months.

In the beginning, the service was fine. However, the last two times I used their services, my meals arrived cold and nearly an hour late without an apology or an explanation. 

I posted a review online reflecting the aforementioned experience, but continued to patronize the business afterward, expecting improvement.

Today I received an indignant, unprofessional call from who I presume to be the owner of the business informing me that he'd read the review and was denying me service because of it.

I gladly would have revised my online review had the incident been handled professionally and the service improved.

As a business owner, a reasonable response would have been to apologize, ask what could be done to improve future experiences and politely ask that the rating be reconsidered.

Denying a patron service for a valid complaint speaks volumes about the lack of professionalism possessed by the owner. 

I am not the first (former) customer to express this type of sentiment about the unsavory practices of this company and undoubtedly will be the last. 

As a consumer, you deserve better and should be cautioned to reconsider before financing poor customer service.
