Foryourfish ripoff paid for product but they never sent it, will not reply, took my money Long Island City New York

I ordered two titanium heaters for my reef tanks. I paid for both of them and he took the money. He never sent my heaters and is impossible to contact. He says he will email you back within 24 hours but that is a joke. He tells you on the web site there is no phone to contact him only email. What good is it when he won't reply! This is ridiculous!
