Forchetti Pools & Spa Liner replacement in above ground pool Langhorne, Pennsylvania

I am the Owner of Forchetti Pools and Upon the Liner installation we noticed Damages/Corrosion around the  Pool Return. as outlined in our Contract , we immediatly showed Customer and recommended additional repair (only $50.00). Customer decided not to have us perform the additional repair and to just install the Liner as originally contracted. Our Service tech had customer Sign off on any Problems associated with his failur to have the Wall repaired.

Please Note: The home owner is not mad at us and understands it was his bad decision not to have the Extra Precaution repair performed by our company . He was apologetic about hot being Clear with all the facts where it came across as if we were at fault. The Home owner Tried to get the original Compaint removed but PIssed Consumer does not remove any Complaint Therefore, The Customer is going to Write an additional Comment about the actual Facts excusing Forchetti Pools of any Type of Complaint regarding this Matter.

I feel that Pissed Consumers is a Disgrace because anyone can write anything about anybody and try to make  Credible, Certified and Licensed Companies Like Forchetti Pools look questionable.Forchetti Pools is a Family Buisness that has been Satisfying Thousands of Pool Owners since 1967.Any concerns about this Please Call us and We can put you into Touch with that Customer.  Thankyou for Reading ....
