I just want Ford to honor the warrenty, I don't feel that is unresonable.

A warrenty...

A warrenty IS NOT a personal gold card for YOUR automotive issues. See YOU are attempting to get THEM to pay for something that probably isn't covered in the WRITTEN warrenty. YOU are more then likely skewing what YOU are reading to make it fit YOUR situation. Unfortunatly that is NOT how warrenties work. If YOUR claim was denied, then it probably is NOT covered by the terms and conditions of YOUR warrenty. THAT is NOT a ripoff. It always amazes me at how quickly the American Consumer turns around and PLAYS the victim. Just because your claim was denied doesn't mean that YOU should hop online and CLAIM that YOU have been ripped off. THAT is slander. You claim was denied due to it not falling with in the terms and conditions of your warrenty. YOU want THEM to pay for YOUR problem, unless it is spelled out in the body of the warrenty contract, they just wont do it. Perhaps YOU should change YOUR perspective. Put yourself in THEIR shoes. What if YOU had a contract with a customer and that customer wanted YOU to pay for something outside of YOUR control. How would YOU feel?? Wouldn't YOU feel as if the customer is just ripping YOU off because THEY do not want to pay for THEIR problem?

To YOU it feels like a ripoff because YOU have to pay for a problem YOU BELIEVE should be covered by the warrenty. But YOUR beliefs and feeling are NOT the contract that YOU agreed to. YOU will just have to pay for YOUR problem and move on. THIS entire situation has been made this way by YOUR expectations. YOU expected THEM to eat the costs. YOU expected THEM to make YOUR warrenty cover the issue. Its YOUR self entitled expectations that has YOU posting on RoR. What YOU fail to understand or accept is that YOU are NOT that important of a person that THEY will just give YOU your way no matter what. What YOU are doing HERE is WRONG and I personally feel that people like YOU should be taught a lesson when YOU make a fake report. YOU are besmirching their reputation because YOU made assumptions. YOU are causing THEM damages because YOU did not get your way. THAT is NOT the adult or mature way to handle situations. But hey what should we expect from someone who pretty much is throwing a online tantrum because they didn't get their way. It SHOULD be expected because the average American consumer is a self entitled spoiled child. YOU are just showing the world that statement or stereotype is TRUE!!

warrenty

Ford stated via Henry Curtis Ford the damage was physicle not caused by corrosion. I had independent body repair shops determine the the damage was caused by the reaction between the aluminun hood surface and the contact the other metal underside of hood. I invited ford to send an engineer to make a determination. It was denied.

warrenty

The 5 year warrenty was extended one year due to a settlement with ford motor company. This settlement was due to warrenty repairs that occurred the first year I owned the car.

Does your WRITTEN warranty cover this after five years and if so...

what reason did they give for NOT fixing it under warranty.  You sort of left that out.  You DID ask, right?
