3yrs of this nightmare I have contacted the news media I have contacted the Attorney General I have contacted the Better Business Bureau I have contacted Ford motor company I have contacted Chapman Ford I have contacted so many entities and organizations To no Avail for does not work contract even though it is under lemon law it only has 14755 miles and I'm doing more and getting pay back I'm paying into a contract but getting no services rendered... Every time I go into the dealership to get the car fixed it's a 3 to 4 months give or take the dealership bamboozles and harasses us and tells us it's our fault even though we didn't create the dual clutch transmission. I am getting nowhere with forward I have some need people on this case and nobody wants to help me I've paid over $10000 in at 20:14 NA 2016 Ford Focus and to no Avail so I'm doing good on my contract but I am getting mistreated forward has sent me to good faith offers how is it good faith when the cars going into the shop all the time the 1st good faith offer was for $800 for my 20:14 and 900 for my 2016 I decline to because that's not even close to what I've paid and to the What I have paid into I have asked Ford motor company to buy back my contract because no services are rendered and a tell me keep swimming I have all of these legal rights but 4 it is not following any of the ford says they will follow the Better Business Bureau lemon law before they follow the state lemon law.. Does not the state law trump the Better Business Bureau So I will keep playing Ford's stupid mindless games and hopefully in return I will come out Victorious through arbitration processes but that could take another 5 years I talk to forward I have so many recordings of them saying we cannot help you or we can not touch this case because it's a hard case while I'm sick and tired of not getting anywhere but I'm holding my end of the bargain while ford mistreats me and the CO owner but we will keep playing their game

Original Delivery Date vs. Purchase Date

What is the date of original delivery of the 2016 vehicle? What is the date of original delivery of the 2014 vehicle? That would be the month, day and year of the original delivery date of the vehicles (not always the same as the purchase date).

I know my rights

For the 2014 I return the car after adding 30000 miles in adding the additional 15000 miles there were 5 transmission repairs For my 2016 there have been 8 transmission repairs car only has 14755 miles that's why I know the car is a lemon is not my 1st rodeo yes I did buy it in Arizona both vehicles and secondly they both qualify under lemon law so I don't know if you work for the manufacture but I know what a lemon is if the transmissions going out and you're applying gas and the RP m's and the MP g's are not matching up there's an issue with that plus the TCM module resets on all computers.
that's an issue or the display screen saying please taken by the vehicle because of transmission issues so you don't think that I know my legal rights or my lawyer who's a lemon law attorney knows the legal law

Let me dumb it down for some people

Bought Ford Focus 2016 in Arizona in 2016 car had 0 miles I have had 8 transmission issues for TCM's and for hardware transmission fixes... and still happening 2014 bought in 2015 car only had 13000 miles car had 5 transmission fixes... So there's nothing we can rule out here because my lawyer said we have a fair claim on both cars... So thank you for your negative talk and rebuttal apparently you know what's going on.

Three Questions

In what state did you purchase your vehicles? Specifically, why do you believe your vehicles should be covered by the terms of the Lemon Law in the state of purchase? If you are the original owner and purchased the vehicles in Arizona it appears the Arizona Lemon Law covers the vehicles for a period of two years or 24,000 miles following the date of original delivery, whichever comes first. That rules out the 2014 vehicle. What is the date of original delivery on the 2016 vehicle? It appears the Arizona Lemon Law covers used vehicles for the first 15 days or 500 miles after purchase, whichever comes first.
You didn’t provide any details of your complaint about the vehicle other than, “…we didn't create the dual clutch transmission.”
All laws trump the BBB because it is a private organization that has no laws and no legal authority to enforce any statutes.
