The agreement was that signed was: all parties(which is not me) are expressly enjoined from making derogatory remarks regarding the other pary on social media sites, internet sites and/or blogs. Any derogartory remarks may exist well be removed upon execution of this release. If unable to removed, then a retraction of this statements shall be posted as a comment to the derogatory remark, if possible......This was signed by them on July 31st. 2014 and nothing was been done on none of the sites they posted on. I am the owner of the company and I personally had nothing to do with the signing of the agreement only ron ford aka ronald ford and ford's remodeling llc.  They were the ones  misname the correct owner and didnt to try to resolve with me the owner. And this was posted prior to anything trying to be resolved.  Sites like this can ruin a business before things can be resolved. BTW  I have not posted any derogartory remarks only that this was suppose to be removed...and not one time did I even mention the person/persons who posted this. My company is the only one name. 

In response to Mrs. Ford's "threat" for legal action, the settlement signed was written regarding NOT posting FURTHER information online, which has been agreed to and as promised, nothing new has been posted since.

Please re-read the settlement.

In this site's FAQs, it states updates can be made, but not deleted.

However, an original author can write an Update, which is free, to their original report indicating that the matter has been resolved, that they made a mistake when writing the original report, etc. Any individual who reviews the original report will be able to see this update.

Yes, this case was settled and we request no further contact from the Ford's.

I am the owner of Ford's Remodeling, llc. Not Ron Ford. They knew the owner was me and still posted this. The emails, texts and messages was so rude you could not get a word in. I hired a attorney, she settled with them to stop any more mess to the business. (I am not admitting to any of this they stated but the cost was getting over what was paid by them to my contractors that was doing the job.) They signed a agreement to squash all to get the money that the attorney set to pay. I am rebuttaling this because according to the agreement they signed they was to removed this and all that was posted. According to this they have not. Well guess its time to to what was done to me. They are ruining the name of my business and I want this resolved or they are in fault of the agreement they signed and my name. They have ten days from this date to retract or I will file a harrassment and all other charges that can be filed to restore my name and business. As far as going into detail of the statements that was givin by them in this I cant even go on to justify what was said when the job started and finished. Just that I gave all the info to customer when they called stating what they wanted and it was not what they wrote in this statement before setting up for the estimate. Oh by the way this was 2 different jobs done by my contractors and not one job quoted. Just keep in mind that a estimate is a estimated time and money if even quoted that way. I give 3 different estimates, Time, money or time and money. I dont generally purchase materials and do charge for supplies. When a customer tells me what they want they get a estimate for that and that only. So if work is done and customer dont want any painting or prep for painting then that is on them. I just want this removed to get my business back on tract.
