I enrolled for the 7 day free trial and then tried to cancel prior to the seven days. I called went online and no response. I was charged $99.00. Then I tried again, emails go unanswered and they make it very difficult to reach a live person. I left three voicemails with no response. Twenty nine days later, NOT 30 I was charged again for $99.00. Even after trying to get canceled. I finally got a hold of a live person today, she stated that my account was canceled on 04/09/09, yet I was billed on 04/10/09. They said there is nothing they will do, they will not issue a refund.

This company is a total scam and should not be in business. I am writing the Attorney general in my state to see what can be done, real businesses do not operate in this way. Beware of them!!!
