I was contacted by this company to perform an inspection. When I called to see about payment I was told it was net 30.

After 45 days I emailed their home office and was told my check would be cut in "the next batch of checks". Last week I 

emailed them again and was told " must be held up in holiday mail, but it was mailed." Incidentally,  this was the owner telling 

me these stories. Todsy I emailed them again and received no response. This type of business has a poor reputation and people like
