Foresight Media Won't refund my money Newburgh New York

 On approximately November 20, 2014 I ordered a trial of Luxoderm and Aybuytrl.  On November 25, 2014, an invoice was generated for 13.90 shipping and handling.  Shortly thereafter, the company took $139.90 and another $139.90 out of my account.  I contacted them immediately and said I wanted a call slip to return the items for a full refund.  They sent that and I returned both items.  I received confirmation emails for both items from the company and they said I would have a total refund less $10.00 restocking charge within 7 to 10 days.  That should have been December 23, 2014. 

 I called the company on 1/5/15, spoke with Heath and was told it was processed 12/23/14 and I should have the refund in 10 days. 

I called on 1/12/15 spoke with Beck and she said I should have it by the days end.

I called on 1/13/15 spoke with Nathan and he said it will be 30 days, they had system trouble with their updating.

I called on 1/13/15 again and spoke with Diance and she said the same thing 30 days.

I received an email on 1/30/15 from customer service and they said they can't refund my money, I have to contact my bank and do a charge back and let them deal with Foresight.  They had technical difficulties.

I called on 1/30/15 and spoke with Adam.  He read the email to me and said I have to contact my bank.  I said, I bet you could take the money out of my account.  He said yes.  I said I am going to contact the Better Business Bureau and he interrupted me and said Awesome very nastily.  I said your a smart a** and I hung up.

This company needs to be put out of business.  I encourage everyone to avoid anything to do with scammers like this.  They are basically outright thieves.
