They told me I qualifty for a FHA Streamline Loan. (I don't have an FHA Loan) and then ask you to pay money upfront. They are known by several different Aliases who use the same Newport Beach address. The phone number is from a Santa Ana phone. They will ask for your W2, Paystubs, and get you to fill out a form. Then they will set you up with an underwriter. They will attempt to do this as quickly as possible before you do any research. I realized they were a scam and notified the California Bar and Attorney General. I was informed by the California Bar that this was being investigated by the Attorney General and to submit a claim, which I did. Please submit a claim if you have been contacted by this group so we can get these guys in jail.

EVERYONE PLEASE BE AWARE that the Brent Phillips Law Center CROOKS call themselves a new name every week. As soon as too many people have been scammed and have reported them to BBB, they change the name of their law firm.
They have been known to go by: Forest Law Firm, Phillips Law Firm, Farmers Law Group, or Farmers Law Firm, Phillips Law Center, Union Law Center, Union Law Group...any many more..... Don't give them your money - REPORT them!!!
