The company was paid to provide DJ, photography, and ceremony video services to the client for which they were paid in cash at the sart of the event. To date no video has been received and they refuse to reply to any calls, messages, texts, emails, or Facebook messages. I wish I would have researched them bettr before hiring them and hopefully thgis report will serve as a warning to others not to hire them!

Shane at Formal Services did this same thing to me. Shane took our money and never showed up on our wedding day. He refuses to answer phone calls, texts, or emails and we have not received a refund. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the Nebraska Attorney General. I am writing to see if you have filed this with the Nebraska Attorney General. If you have not, please please do!

I talked with someone in that office and was told they can only take legal action against the company if they see a trend. If they don't receive multiple reports, they can't do anything.

If you have not and would like to, here are the steps to take: go to this website http://www.ago.ne.gov/consumer_protection and on the left side of the page you will see a column that says "File a Complaint."

It is very quick and easy!!
