 I filed for bankruptcy with Low & Low in December of 2015. In the meantime I was waiting for a lawsuit settlement from a car accident that happened in 2012. My settlement was for 93,000 & Forman trustee, alongracias with Erin Kennedy stayed with more than 30,000 dollars of my settlement. She is an obnoxious woman to speak to. Erin Kennedy is forman trustees lawyer, my debt was less than 13,000, my student loans were not and will not be discharged. They all took my settlement money. Not knowing when the case would be closed, being a single mother, I had no choice, but to file. It has been horrible & I hope they pay for what they did to me.
