I have been receiving faxes from Forsythe Data Equipment Co. located in San Diego, CA. It's an invoice for someone named Kevin Batesman who apparently signed a contract for $6000.00. They need his credit card number. I found out this is a scam. They are hoping that you don't pay attention and send your own credit card information. There is no return fax number and no local telephone number for this company.
