Fortiva Won’t return charges i did not make Atlanta Georgia

They called me and asked if i made these charges to EviHollywood. I said no never heard of them. They said they would send me papers to sign I was told it would take about 3 months to get my money back. I sent back the paper the day after I received them. I called them when the 3 months were up. I was told I was too early and wait another 2 weeks.

I didn’t see the $145.99 and $227.99 put but back in my account when the 2 weeks were up I called them back. I was told I was too late and I filled out the form wrong. They were not going to reimburse me. I am not going to pay for charges that are not mine. Fortiva called me up and told me about them. I want them to return my money so I can close this account. I am 70 year old lady on social security.
