We put a deposit down on a property on January 1st 2020 and it was contingent on financing through his hardmoney lender. The deal was skewed in DJs favor heavily so the lender didnt like it and wouldnt lend. I have been fighting to get my money back since then. I am luckier than most that have lost much more than I.

Please do yourself a huge favor and DO NOT do business with DJ or his "partners" !

He seems like a nice guy and loves to name drop, but Ive come to the conclusion its all smoke and mirrors or doesn't speak well of the other people that associate with him. Only reason I did business with him is because he portrayed himself as running in the same circle as Grant Cardone which I respect and follow and had just been to his 10x conference. All smoke and mirrors. Really unsavory business practice

He has been dodging my 10k refund for the past 6 months. We are in the process of exploring legal avenues as others before us have as well but as I dig deeper im learning there is a long line in front of me. I just wish I would have looked into BBB and other review boards such as pissedconsumer.com before wiring money.
