It will be better to contact the Broward County, Florida Sheriff and file a complaint because Fred Joseph now does business in Parkland, Florida, and all you get from Coral Springs Investigator Stan Young is a laughed at. I've also contacted Bruce Watterson with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation (850) 410-9733; The Florida State Attorney General (on-line at MyFlorida.com); The U. S. Department of Justice; and trying sending an email to steve@sprechmanlaw.com (a Miami law firm which had won a 2006 lien against this character); can you say 'class action'?
It may take some time, but Fred Joseph has made hundreds of thousands of dollars by cheating people who trusted him.
