This company used to go under the name of Four Seasons. They installed the A/C units for Ryland Homes in our neighborhood. They installed our A/C in 2007. It has now begun to have significant problems and never had the freon topped off. They now refuse to do any warranty work saying that they have declared bankruptcy. They are at the same address and phone number, but now call themselves Official Heating and Air.
They are a total scam.
