My (bad debt) from Orchard Bank was purchased by Four Seasons Investments, LLC. They are taking me to court for a debt they say I owe for $1,200.00. This is from a credit card from over 8 years ago that I had with Orchard Bank. I had a $200 limit on the card. I paid it off and never used the card again. Now they say I owe them money from years ago without me making any purchases. No wonder America is in the financial trouble it is in. These compaines get away with finding any loophole to make their money. Meanwhile, I have to now pay and attorney to fight them. Plus, I cannot find any of my records now.

Instruct your attorney to have them send you a list of what you paid and what you didn't You want to see what information they have. If they bought a old bill then you won. Contact your state Attorney general and file a compliant. Besides statue of limitation is on your side. Just get your credit score and see if Orchard was listed as a Creditor.
