Four Star on the Hill and Four Star Realty of Boulder are illegally terminating multiple tenants lease requiring them to move in less than a month Boulder Colorado

Four Star on the Hill bought the apartment complex I currently live in at the beginning of December, 2015. Since this time they have made very little effort to communicate with tenants or keep up the property. My roommate and myself made several attempts via email and phone calls to the agency but never recevied any contact back. 

It wasn't until my roommate was able to physically go into the office that she was able to get some form of communication with this company. She was then informed that we have less than a month to move out of our apartment due to remodeling that will occur. The property will become uninhabitable due to electricity and water being cut off. Four Star has made no attempts to help with situation and the advice we were given was to "check craigslist." 

Our lease clearly states that we are to be given 60 days notice of intent to terminate lease but Four Star just dances around the issue when this is brought up. They are still not returning phone calls I have left and since I work an 8-5 job I am going to have to take time off of work just to make sure I can speak with someone. 

We are not the only tenants Four Star is doing this to! They have already required over half the complex to vacate with very little notice and there have been multiple complaints to various outlets at the City. I feel Four Star thinks they can get away with this because these units are primarily occupied by students who may feel they do not have the time or resources to properly fight this.
