I ordered two boxsets on Dec. 28th of last year. I've only received one confirmation email and that is it. Still no boxsets. I've tried to go on their site and when it was up, it only said that my order was confirmed. Tried to go on their site today and it's down. The next thing I'm going to be doing is contacting my CC company and getting this crappy charge taken off of my card. I don't know what's happened with them, because before I ordered from them and had no problem.
