14,839 dollars later i have a leaking spa with cracked up concrete around it and no response from fox or manufacturer spa is almost two years old i've been trying to get them to look at it for about a year and a half no call backs now i only get voice mail i have called not only fox fiberglass but also kevin fox personally and the spa manufacturer san juan (sold with 15 yr warranty) and have got zero response except for constant liesabout setting up appointments to come out and look at it
