Fox Hollow Apartments Cascade Rental Management Co Unprofessional, unsafe, BEWARE!!!!!! Bend, Oregon
*UPDATE Employee: Fox Hollow is a great complex
This place is horrible. They use month to month agreements to hide behind the fact if they dont like you they can give you 30 days without a reason. If you complain about them fixing anything they get rid of you. The manager is never in the office and you can't get ahold of anyone. They hide behind the "supervisors" at their main office in Turner, OR. Cascade Rental Management Co. Janet Allen seems to be the one to send the notices and doesn't know whats going on. This is not a nice place to raise a family with local druggies hanging out all around and the parties they have. Guess the ones who don't complain about broken things get to do whatever they want and stay.
You've been WARNED!!!!!

#1 UPDATE Employee
Fox Hollow is a great complex
AUTHOR: Property Supervisor - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 14, 2015
I have been the property supervisor for Fox Hollow Apartments in Bend for the last 3 years. The complex is clean and well-maintained. The on-site management does a good job of overseeing the complex. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner. If there are issues that arise, the tenants can contact me here in the main office, and we get the problems resolved.
We have rules and policies that we enforce at our complexes. We give a tenant an opportunity to correct the issues and if they continue, we issue a notice to vacate. This complaintant in particular violated the policies by subletting the apartment and having unauthorized occupants, among other violations. When they were not corrected, the tenant was given a notice to vacate the unit. This is the policy we follow with all of our tenants..
