FOXTROT GROUP ripoff not stuffing envelopes as stated in letter work at home rip-off LAS VEGAS Nevada

Foxtrot Group is not what I thought it was. I did not knkow that i would have to advertise in the newspaper. in order to do this program. I thought that they would send me their materials to stuff in an envelope to send out. So I feel I was mislead. I sent them a letter on August 30, 2004 to request a refund of my registration fee of $38 and I have not received it yet and I have sent them the welcome package back that they sent me. So I don't understand why they won't send me my $38 back. I feel they have no right to keep it. Since their package was sent back to them.
