i ordered a few fragances by fragranceX.com

pay by mastercard, free shipping to the Netherlands (good deal)

after 30 days nothing received!

send several e-mails...get everytime the same answers..these people acts like they are brainwasht!

or it is their policy to get the customer tyred so he give up!!

i hope i can get my money back , otherwise it is a lesson i have to learned.

at last, i receeved the parcel with te fragrances i ordered!! 40 days to late!!

this is no FUN shopping!!!

therefore i will not shop with FragranceX.com again!!

after notifying the Dutch partner (goedkopedrogist.com) of FragranceX.com ripoff practices, they removed fragranceX.com from their website( temporary) to look in this complain,  they take it serious!

i wonder how this wil end.

notified them of my report to ripoffreport and write a review on bizrate.com hoping to awaken them in responding to my question....give me my money back!!

only reaction so far, the same brainless answer,these are for sure not to be trusted people.
