If you are reading this, do not send any eyeglasses or payments to Frame Fixers, this company is a fraud and a scam. The owner, August Cornell, will charge your credit card after receiving your frames, but the frames will not be repaired or returned. I was able to get a refund through my credit card company, but my classic RayBan frames are gone for good.

Out of the blue my sunglasses were returned today with a repair made to the frame. I'll make no further comments regarding Frame Fixers, YMMV.

If you have been defrauded by Frame Fixers, make reports to the following organizations:

1) US Postal Inspection Service: http://ehome.uspis.gov/fcsexternal/default.aspx

2) Internet Crime Complaint Center: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

3) Your local Police Department. Even though the fraud occurred in New York, the Syracuse police department will want a report from your local PD.
