I stayed at the Francis Scott Key Family Motel in
I informed the front desk and all that I received was excuses. They claimed that when I opened my door, I let the crickets into the room. When I complained about the slug on the ceiling, they really had nothing to say as to why the room had bugs. They never once apologized for the bugs in the room.
Furthermore, when I went to the ice machine, I was told that I could not fill the ice bucket that was in the room because they did not have enough ice for all 245 rooms. I paid $165 per night for a motel that could not provide me ice for my soft drinks and could not keep my room free of bugs!

Since it was you who was careless about bringing the crickets into the room should you not apologize and offer to pay the exterminator. And exactely how much ice do you need to drink your soft drinks. You really need to learn how to share. I am surprise they allowed somoene as young as you to check in the room. At the least you should be 18 to check out a hotel room.
