FRANK BOHAN is an eBay seller from hell. My nightmare with him began on May 15th, 2008. Between the dates of May 15th-May 26th 2008, he agreed to sell me 19 separate eBay auctions for bound volumes of Time Magazines.

On May 15th, 2008, I won my first 4 auctions from Frank. They were: (((Redacted)))


On May 16th, 2008, I emailed Frank to inquire about the other Time Magazines he had up for bids on eBay. I wanted to know specifically if he had more than what he posted and if they included all the covers and pages.

I will get this payment out to you on monday morning via postal money order. I see you have other time magazines up on ebay. I actually have quite a few that I need. Quick question: Are the covers included in all your bound volumes? Will you be posting any more magazines? I am particularly interested in the years 1950-1956.

Unfortunately, Frank didn't respond. It is eBay policy for the seller to respond to buyer emails within 72 hours. I decided not to send payment until Frank responded.

I had several other bids pending with Frank. Between May 19-May 26, I had several bids pending on Frank's magazines.

After the final bid closed, I put a money order in the mail for $629.60 for payment in full for all 19 auctions won. The postal money order number is 12328522694 and can be verified with the USPS. You can also see it was clearly drawn up on May 27th, 2008 and shipped.

On Friday, May 29th, I was reviewing my email and I noticed that Frank had filed a number of non payment disputes. This surprised me since I had emailed Frank on numerous occasions and he was almost impossible to receive a response from. I decided to call Frank up and let me know I had sent payment and try to clear things up.

FRANK BOHAN was HOSTILE and ABUSIVE on the phone. Frank doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. He was combative from the start of the conversation. He called me a liar (even though I had the postal receipt in front of me). He didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. He has refused to communicate and is lower than a garden snail in my opinion.

FRANK BOHAN is in violation of federal auction contract law currently. He is refusing to send me my order and is pretending he has not received the postal money order I sent him.

Do not do business with FRANK BOHAN OR JUDGELYNCH on eBay.
