Mr McLain was our families trustee for many years, but in the early 2000's we realized something was wrong.   He took all the money, its called self dealing.  It was over $440,000 in cash, real estate, and mineral rights.

We removed him from the trust and for a period of time he was paying us back.

After paying back about 15% of the funds, he went bankrupt.  We went to the legal Board in Texas and received no real help.   We took out a life insurance policy on him which he has outlived.

We notice he still advertises as an expert in Trusts.   Amazing.  He is the true definition of a crook.
