As of 18,000 I started having problems with my durango. I have taken it back to frank flecter dodge over eight times for the same reason. The rpm will not idle at a stop sign, stop light, and etc... Sometimes the truck will just die. Jon moore has lied to me several times, about my truck. No one seems to care but they had their hands out when I was buying the truck and they won't their money ever month. I need some help on this.

Tonya,
As a salesperson at this dealership, I have no idea what your situation is or what has happened. Knowing everyone involved here, I'm am sure there was probably just some misunderstanding.
If you bought your vehicle brand new, here is what you can do. Inside your owner's manual is a listing of the Arkansas lemon laws. You should read over that and if you situtation entitles you to something based on the laws then you should contact an attorney. Your attorney with get in contact with Chrysler and handle it from there.
Here is the MOST IMPORTANT thing to remember, Fletcher Dodge did not manufacturer the vehicle, we have factory trained technicians who work on the vehicle on behalf of Chrysler. We also cannot determine a vehicle a lemon, that would be between you, your attorney, and Chrysler.

Mam, my name is Josh Wood I worked for Frank Fletcher for years and i can tell you first hand that while the salesman that you worked with probably did lie to you about almost everything that was said before during and after you bought the durango, you did not or have not gone to the top of the ladder. Frank will never allow a vehicle to leave anyone of his lots where the customer was not happy. You need to call the dealership and ask to speak with the general manager and explain the situation to him. If he does not wish to help you with your request you need to call fletcher dodge in sherwood and speak to stephen marshall he is the service manager and will help you anyway possible, but make sure that you explain the situation if you are trying to get what was wronged righted than i would go that route. Frank lives in Littlerock and is very proud of the excellent reputation that he has built in the community. the number to the sherwood store is 501-834-7700.

Not sure what the law are in YOUR town....but she might've bought it new (being that she said it was a 2005) and that means it is covered by warranty since the defects have occurred before the end of the warranty. Also, since I am a Dodge Durango owner...I can let you know...Dodge has a standard 2 year/36000 mile warranty....her problems might've started before that (year wise) and since she has complained and complained about it with no help...she might be covered by a lemon law. Go to an attorney like I did...and also look up the lemon law in your state...You might find you just might be covered and skip over the dealership and go straight to Dodge or DaimlerChrysler to complain. Complain until something gets done...there is no reason a vehicle should start malfunctioning that early. I'm at 20,000 miles but I have someone taking my case on...so there is hope for you!

18,000 miles?

A lemon is a new car that has the same problem occurring over and over early in the cars life. You've dropped 18,000 miles onto the truck, therefore it's not a "lemon". It worked fine until now. Why not take it to another Doge dealer to have it looked at, or an independent mechanic?
