Frank Gantry ebay square trade scam on a 2005 gsxr 750 he scamed me for 2800 dollars Amsterdam internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Robert fotherby and or Frank Gantry scamed me out of 2800 dollars posting a gsxr 750 for sale they used a square trade page to make it look real. Frank was supposed to hold the money till robert sent me the product never happened now I am stuck and dont know what to do everyone I have contacted making me do a run around and no answers are found. please help if you have any info.

If I am reading this right you purchased something from Overseas? If so your pretty much out of luck because where the offense occurred is Amsterdam, Laws was broken there. You will most likely not have anyway of getting anything back. Not right........Common on Overseas Rip-Offs
