I MET THIS SCAMMER ON HACKERLIST. HE FIRST ASKED ME TO PROVIDE 50% OF THE FUNDS($2000) FOR THE JOB UPFRONT, which i gladly did hoping to get the result 12 hours after payment. the 12th hour came he said there was an encryption he had to decrypt and that would cost another ($1000) after sending that hoping to finally get a result, he blocked me off. but i was able to recover some of the money back and take him downn thanks to hackden
