I have tried to contact him many times through as many avenues as I can find. There is no way to get a reply back from him. An automated aknowlegement of a complaint has no followup. Internet

I have purchased products from this company before and have had good reuslts. However not this time. I purchased Frank's Linked Lead Machine, It consists of several modules. The first two worked fine. After the first two, messages that the modules would be available in 9 hours or 3 days popped up. When the time limit passed, a new and similar message arrived. This has gone on for more than a month.After about 10 requests asking what is going on I have had two automated replys and no follow up. Very poor company to work with. I would avoid them. They had a loyal customer, now I am done with them.
