if you want harrassment, unsafe living quarters and a landlord in your home without your knowledge, then this is the place for you.

i don't want to be too descriptive due to "kates" outlandish behavior so this will be a little candid.  for starters, she tried to "revoke" our lease from day 1, making up absurb reasons which im sure were valid in her mind.  then, we recieved a 3 day notice to vacate 3 days before our rent was due.  went to court, judge dismissed it.  day after court, another 3 day notice.  we moved.  we go to court again, she doesn't show, again, judge dismissed it.

during our stay, neighbors have told us she parks in the garage next door to us (the house she uses as show, gets you to sign a lease there, then moves you into a different unit-this is also the one advertised on craigslist), and watches, waits til we leave then enters our property.  of course, we aren't going to believe someone can be that sneaky and without kooth.  alas, we caught her!

due to numerous problems with the property we did write her a letter in the first 3 days of our occupancy as stated in the lease.  she failed to respond.  we called the building inspector/code enforcer.  the building inspector shows up at our property (and the one next door adjoined to ours) and takes multiple pictures.  the day prior, the landlord, "kate", files a claims with small claims agaisnt us for damages in the amount of $2700.  this proves without a shadow of a doubt, she has been in our home while we still resided there.

wonder who will get the last laugh?  a letter from the building inspector demanded the properties (ours and next door) to be vacated by the end of the month, no one is to enter except for the purpose of repairs and a building permit must be obtained before any repairs are made.

won't go into any details except to say both properties had multiple code violations and the word "unsafe" appeared numerous times in the building inspectors reports.
