According to Fullerton Police Detective Robert Barnes and Special Agent Thomas Donohue of the California Department of Justice, using your middle name in court is a perjury violation (California PC118).  So they arrested me in court for using my middle name, while in the middle of adjudicating a case and stipulating with defense counsel, and while the judge sat in court waiting for my return. Turns out, this attorney for the defendant scum bags, "Seth Davidson",  as he used and filed documents in court, was using his middle fu'king name! Yeah, his real name is Franklin Seth Davidson, his California bar identification 255744 shows the same, but he uses this "perjury" tactic against other people. He is a fraud, fails to effectively represent his clients. During this court proceeding he claimed to the judge that he was getting "ambushed" with public information about filings against his clients, claiming he did not have time for discovery, typical "show up the day of court" attorney and hope for the best. You lose Seth.

"Seth" Davidson LOST on this day in court, notwithstanding the interference by Tom Donohue and Robert Barnes, for which they will be held accountable soon enough. Don't hire this fraud, he knows what he did, and representing defendants is not his forte.
